Individual medical visit without membership
- Initial consultation: $195 (60 minutes) / person visit
- Follow up / well child visits: $150 (30 minutes) / person visit
- TELEMEDICINE Consultation (30 minutes): $150 / person visit
Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy, Cranial osteopathy rates, 45 minute session:
- Member: $75
- Non-member: $175
Medical Marijuana Consultation
- Member: Free
- Non-member: $175
Direct Care Memberships (unlimited visits)
There is a $50 one time registration fee per family sign up (waived during April 2022). Minimum 4 month commitment requested. 30 day notice for cancellations.
Individual Infant to 17 years of age (Monthly)
- $50 without a parent or sibling membership
- $25 with a parent or additional sibling membership
Individual of 18 to 25 years old that is a full time student (Monthly)
- $60 without a parent or sibling member
- $45 with a parent/guardian member
Individual 26 to 99 years old (Monthly)
100 year olds and more are FREE to join with all the benefits
Group Family Rates (Monthly)
- 2 Parents and 1 child: $175
- 2 Parents and 2 children: $200
- Each additional child $25
- Living together couple (2 adults): $150
