THERE IS A WAITLIST FOR NEW PATIENTS FOR THE DIRECT PRIMARY CARE MODEL, WHICH IS FOR WELL VISITS AND GENERAL CARE. A NEW PHYSICIAN WILL BE AVAILABLE JULY or AUGUST 2024.

DR. MICHAEL BLAHUT IS ACCEPTING TELEMEDICINE CONSULTATIONS FOR FUNCTIONAL AND INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE. CURRENTLY ONLY TELEMEDICINE CAN BE BOOKED ONLINE, THESE ARE NOT IN-OFFICE VISITS.

We request 24 hr notice for cancellations or a $50 fee may be applied to your account for no-show visits.
