DR. MICHAEL BLAHUT IS ACCEPTING TELEMEDICINE CONSULTATIONS FOR FUNCTIONAL AND INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE. CURRENTLY ONLY TELEMEDICINE / ZOOM VISITS CAN BE BOOKED ONLINE, THESE ARE NOT IN-OFFICE VISITS.

CONSULTATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS BOOKED HERE ARE NOT FREE, YOU WILL BE SENT AN E-BILL AFTER EACH VISIT. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE, YOU MAY REQUEST A SUPERBILL TO SUBMIT TO YOUR INSURANCE FOR POTENTIAL COMPENSATION AFTER THE VISIT.

We are no longer offering Primary Care services (well child visits).

We request 24 hr notice for cancellations or a $50 fee may be applied to your account for no-show visits.
