Michael J. Blahut III is an Osteopathic Physician and integrative medicine practitioner.  He believes in the connection between our personal health and the health of our planet. The ultimate change is for us to change ourselves; it's an attitude that inspires his interest in working with others towards finding their own inner health.

After graduating with a bachelors degree in environmental science, Michael joined the Peace Corps and lived in the Fiji Islands for 27 months, working with local villages and NGOs to improve the management of their natural resources. It was there he learned that his passion was working with people to find ways to better the health of their own bodies and the planet.

Returning from Fiji, he moved to Venice, California, to study yoga and healing arts with massage, Japanese shiatsu, traditional Chinese Medicine, craniosacral therapy. He met many mentors and continued his education with the Yoga Therapy Rx program at LMU with Dr. Larry Payne. Michael then went on to complete a Master's of Science in Biomedical Science from Regis University in Denver, CO.

He graduated medical school from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed family medicine residency program at UCLA affiliated hospital in Northridge, CA.  During his training he has trained with other great mentors in osteopathic manipulation, cranial osteopathy, and osteopathy for children, and biodynamic osteopathy. He has also studied the effect EMF has on our heath, worked with specialists to mitigate the health effects on our body and environment. He has integrative medicine training at the University of Arizona center for Integrative Medicine, mold and toxins treatments, medicinal cannabis training, Lyme Disease literate training and alternative treatments.

​​Michael assists others towards their healing goals.  He has worked at the Shiatsu Massage School of California where he taught Shiatsu and Anatomy. He has taught yoga classes for medical professionals in hospitals and retreats, and is a guest lecturer for the LMU Yoga Therapy Rx program. He has a long standing passion for food as medicine and herbal medicine and always uses integrative practices for optimizing the health of his patients. Being a father and a husband, he is passionate about the health of our children and medical freedom, allowing parents to be informed and make the best decisions for their child's optimal health.
